Lark oversees the entire machine and works with each department to improve its services. and is in charge of the look and feel of the entire organization. She also works steadily with Viscera's grant writer, creates jobs, and supports each staff member with any help they need. A filmmaker herself, Lark welcomes questions and will sound off practical filmmaking advice so you won't be deterred from your goal.
